Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund is issued within 2- 14 days of receiving the returns of unopened/ products/packages in the same condition. You can choose to swap or request a refund.

We guarantee your satisfaction with any goods that you purchase from us. By UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from delivery. You must notify us in writing (i.e. via letter, fax, or email) of your intention to cancel within 7 working days from delivery. After notification, we will issue you a return number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning the goods.

If you receive your goods in such a state that they are damaged or not functioning correctly, you may contact us within 28 days of receiving your goods to arrange for an exchange or refund. Please quote your order number when contacting us.

You will be liable to return the goods to us and cover the cost of doing so. We strongly recommend that returned goods are sent by special or registered delivery with the appropriate insurance cover as they will only be deemed returned when signed for by us
Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 14 days of authorization. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after 14 days.

Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging with all components and accessories.
Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.
Goods should be received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging and a re-sellable condition.

Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition: We are unable to accept these back under the above terms
Any 'FREE TESTERS' with the products must also be returned.
Sale and discounted items can only be exchanged and not refunded.

A Full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund is authorized only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within a maximum of thirty days. You will be refunded the full invoice amount less the cost of delivery. We do not offer a free collection service for returns; therefore take your parcel to the post office and request a tracked delivery service, ensuring you opt for the extra compensation if the contents of your property exceed the value of £32. Proof of postage is necessary and therefore we recommend that you send your package by recorded delivery, registered post, or courier and maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.
Please ensure all items are adequately packaged and labeled.
